Refund policy

CDs and records: We generally do not accept returns due to the nature of these items. However, if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

T-shirts, mugs, and other merchandise: If the product is defective, we will issue a refund.

Postcard sets: If damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement.

CDとレコード: 製品の性質上、基本的に返品はお受けしておりませんが、万が一、不良品や破損品が届いた場合は当方の負担で交換品をお送りします。

Tシャツ、マグカップなどのグッズ: 製品に明らかな不良があった場合は返金させていただきます。

ポストカードセット: 郵送中に破損があった場合は、代替品をお送りします。
